What is Professional Email
I think 75% of people who are reading this blog will have an email from Gmail , outlook, yahoo like yourname@gmail.com. This is unprofessional because it is saying that Hello this address is powered by Gmail. Take a look at this mail rehanshaik@webdevsop.tech.
It is saying that hello I am mail address from webdevsop.tech which represents your brand URL more like professional.
How to get professional Email
Professional Email is cool but how to get it. You can do it with Gsuite but it's costly, not free (It's Google). This is for companies. But what about Freelancers, Bloggers Zoho Got you covered. Zoho also has paid plans you can also buy a paid plan. For this article, we will use a free plan which has little storage (enough for me 50 - 60 views on a blog)
Prerequisites
Before we start professional Email means custom domain email and you should have a domain with DNS access if you don't have you can buy from these Options
Hostinger , Bluehost , Hostgator , ResellerClub. Bluehost or HostGator are recommended
Let's Start
Scroll down a little bit and Sign up for the free plan on the zoho website
After SignUp, Click on add an existing Domain
Enter your owned domain name & basic Details
Click on Prove Domain Verification
Add TXT Record to your domain provider

Add To Hostinger ,
Add to Bluehost
Add to Hostgator
Add to Reseller Club
Once added to your hosting provider click verify TXT RECORD.
Then create an admin user from which you can access your Zoho email later
Extra Users
If you want to add extra users click on the top add button. you can add users as many as you want. They can log in to zoho.com/mail with theirusername@yourdomain.com

DNS Configuration
Add Mx Records according to your details. It's easy to add MX records just like TXT records. Log in to your provider, Go to DNS Manager, Click on add record, Select Type to MX Record and enter a value according to your details.
Add some more stuff follow same steps to add.
Data Migration. If you already had google suite, outlook or other contacts go through it and add. I am starting fresh so I am going to skip it.
You can install mobile apps if you want. Skip it

That's it you are ready to send emails to your professional email. Test it by sending from your old unprofessional email to your new professional email. Now you can access your Zoho admin email on admin console and inbox mails on Mail Box Bookmark It.
